Ad Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid ads, sponsored placements, and promoted content on the Platform, including token-activated ads.

2. Allowed

• Promotion of your own creative work, products, services, events, or pages on the Platform.
• Honest, accurate claims about what you're offering.
• Clear identification of the advertiser.

3. Not Allowed

• Illegal products or services (drugs, weapons, stolen goods, etc.).
• Adult or sexually explicit content; nudity.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
• Misleading claims, scams, deceptive "get rich quick" offers, fake testimonials.
• Misinformation about health, elections, or public safety.
• Counterfeit goods, IP infringement, unauthorized use of trademarks.
• Malware, phishing, or links to harmful sites.
• Gambling, crypto trading, or financial products that require regulatory approval, unless explicitly pre-approved by us.
• Political ads without proper disclosure as required by local law.
• Targeting minors with age-restricted products.

4. Creative Standards

Ad creative must be legible, non-deceptive, and appropriate for a general audience. We may reject or remove ads that are low-quality, broken, or off-brand for the Platform.

5. Review & Enforcement

We may review ads before or after they go live. We may pause, remove, or refund ads that violate this policy, and may suspend repeat offenders. Token spend on rejected ads will be refunded or credited at our discretion.

6. Disclosures

Sponsored content must be clearly labeled as such. Do not disguise ads as organic posts.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be announced.
