1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (see contact below) containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (URLs are ideal).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
3. Repeat Infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
4. Designated Agent
Send DMCA notices through the in-app support channel. We will update this page with the formal designated agent contact once registered.
5. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
