1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using this service ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials secret. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (voice notes, text, images, audio, etc.). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or build derivative services without written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Tokens, Credits & Purchases

The Platform may offer virtual tokens, credits, ads, or other paid features. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable except as expressly provided.

7. Cashouts & Payouts

Where the Platform supports creator payouts, payouts are subject to identity verification, applicable taxes, payment-processor terms, and our internal review. We may delay or reverse payouts if we suspect fraud, chargebacks, or terms violations.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
